ABOUT ME

Hello! I'm Araceli a Marriage & Family Therapist licensed in the State of California (LMFT #112845) and proud San Francisco Native. Being a first generation Latina, living and working with children, adolescents and families in the Bay Area; I have first hand experience of the difficulties today's generation pose on our mental health and well-being. 

I see the need to destigmatize therapy and make it accessible to people of diverse backgrounds and cultures.

I am invested in promoting exploration and connection to self identity, healthy relationships, and a growth mindset for individuals going through life transitions; particularly adolescence to adulthood and parenthood.
