RATES

Individual: Up to $160 for 50 minute session

INSURANCE

Currently I do not take insurance, therefore I am considered an "out-of-network provider" in my private practice.

This means that you pay me directly and may be eligible to receive reimbursement from your insurance. In this case I can provide you with a "super bill".

Please contact your current health insurance provider or employer benefit plan to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

PAYMENT

I accept cash, checks and credit cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The full fee for session will be charged if no notice is given at least 24 hours prior to cancellation.
